Three Nigerian Women make AWIEF Award Finalists
The Africa Women Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum (AWIEF) (www.AWIEForum.org/) is pleased to announce the finalists for the esteemed 2024 AWIEF Awards, which aim to acknowledge and celebrate the remarkable achievements of women entrepreneurs and business leaders in Africa. These awards, presented annually during the AWIEF conference, recognize the significant contributions of women entrepreneurs in fostering innovation, advancing gender equality, and enhancing economic development across the continent.
Three Nigeria women made the AWIEF award final list. They are: Ifeoma Okonkwo – Ifgreen Industries & Investment (Nigeria), Christiana Okere – myStash (Nigeria), and Temitope Mayegun – Avilla Naturalle (Nigeria)
This year, the finalists have been chosen from a wide array of accomplished women founders and business proprietors throughout Africa, each exemplifying excellence in their respective domains. The finalists represent various categories, including agriculture, technology, creative industries, social entrepreneurship, and more. Their achievements reflect the strength, resilience, and innovative spirit of African women in the business landscape.
