At the launch, Chief Diana Chen, Chairman of Lagride, framed the Omni as a transformative chapter in Lagos’ mobility story. “Mobility is one of the greatest enablers of opportunity,” she remarked. “When we make transportation modern, safe, and affordable, we’re not just moving people—we’re connecting dreams, families, and futures. GPS-enabled and operated by professionally trained drivers certified by the Lagride Academy, the vehicles ensure not just comfort but trust. The Academy, created in partnership with the Lagos State Government and transport regulators, upholds strict standards of safety and customer service.
According to Mr. Jubril Arogundade, Acting Managing Director of Lagride, the Omni was designed to respond to the pulse of the city itself. “Lagosians move together—whether to work, to worship, or to celebrate.
