RHGEEP 3.0-or Renewed Hope Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme-is the third phase of the GEEP program by the Nigerian Federal Government. It started in August 2025 under the National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA) and plans to reach five million beneficiaries within 2027.
