Jamb sets cut off for 2025 Admissions

The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board, JAMB, has announced the cut off marks for 2025 admissions into various tertiary institutions in the country. In a notice posted on its website, the board set the following cut off marks:

  • The 2025 Policy Meeting has approved the following minimum tolerable admission scores:
  • Universities: 150
  • – Colleges of Nursing : 140
  • – Polytechnics, Monotechnics,Colleges of Agriculture, Colleges of Education: 100 and Innovation Enterprise Institutions (IEIs): 100
  • – The minimum age for admission into Tertiary Institutions this year (2025/2026 session) is sixteen (16) years.

A resolution was made on Tuesday at the 2025 Policy Meeting on Admissions, which took place at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja, with representatives from diverse tertiary institutions present.
