Man City vs Liverpool game ends in a 3-0 ruthless win for City

The Etihad was rocking tonight as Pep Guardiola celebrated his 1,000th match as a manager with a ruthless, statement-making demolition of title rivals in the Man City vs Liverpool ended with a 3-0 win for City. From the first whistle to the last, City were relentless – and Liverpool simply had no answer.

It started with drama in the 15th minute: Haaland bundled over by Van Dijk, penalty given. The Norwegian stepped up… only for Alisson to dive left and claw it away brilliantly. No early breakthrough – but City didn’t blink.

Twelve minutes later, payback. M. Nunes swung in a delicious cross and Erling Haaland rose highest, thundering a header into the top corner. 1-0. His 99th Premier League goal. Absolute monster.

Just when Liverpool thought they could regroup, stoppage-time cruelty. Young Nico González cut inside from the right, let fly, and a huge deflection off Konaté sent the ball looping over a stranded Alisson. 2-0 at the break. Anfield-level silence in the away end.

The second half? Pure domination. City toyed with Liverpool, and on 63 minutes Jérémy Doku decided to end the contest in style. Picking the ball up on the left, he danced past Alexander-Arnold, jinked inside Robertson, and curled an outrageous 25-yard rocket into the far top corner. 3-0. World-class. Take a bow, son.
