Riders accessing the Lagride app today will find three distinct options:

• Lagride EVs – These electric vehicles offer environmentally friendly rides that are quieter, cleaner, and more cost-effective. They embody the vision for Lagos’ sustainable transport future.
• Lagride Pro – Featuring brand-new cars driven by Captains professionally trained at the Lagride Academy, including safety, hospitality, and service excellence, Pro represents the premium standard for comfort and reliability.
• Lagride Legacy – Verified owner-operated cars manufactured from 2022 onward provide affordable, dependable transportation for Lagosians seeking trusted value for their everyday trips.

This multi-tiered structure allows riders to choose the best option for their specific needs: EVs for eco-conscious travel, Pro for business or special occasions, and Legacy for routine commuting.

Omni is Next: More Space, More Value with the Mini Bus Service

Soon to become the platform’s fourth category, Lagride Omni will be a spacious mini bus accommodating six passengers plus luggage. Designed with families, school runs, office commutes, weekend outings, and social trips in mind, Omni addresses key urban mobility challenges in Lagos:

Training, Standards and Opportunities

Lagride places strong emphasis on equipping its Captains with extensive training. All Pro and EV drivers participate in rigorous courses at the Lagride Academy, which partners with the Nigerian Police, FRSC, LASTMA, and other regulatory authorities. The curriculum includes hospitality training, ensuring that drivers meet global service standards and gain transferable skills valuable worldwide.
