APPLY for the Agropolis Foundation 2021 Olam Prize for Innovation in Food Security ( USD$75,000 grant)

Olam International Limited, one of the world’s leading food and agri-businesses, has extended the application deadline for its bi-annual innovation prize to March 15, 2021, citing the challenges of COVID-19 and the desire to encourage participation.  

The Olam Prize for Innovation in Food Security is awarded in partnership with Agropolis Foundation, which brings together over 40 member institutions, public authorities, and civil society actors for dialogue and interaction on agriculture, food and environment research. The winner will receive a US$75,000 grant to scale the innovation.

Applications are welcomed from academic or research institutions, civil societies and the private sector, and can focus on any region, environment, crop or part of the agricultural supply chain.

The deadline for applications has been extended to 15th March 2021 and will be judged by an independent jury of experts and awarded in conjunction with the Agropolis Louis Malassis International Scientific Prizes for Agriculture and Food.
