#CustomerServiceWeek: Unity Bank Rolls Out Rewards to Celebrate Staff and Customers
Customers of Unity Bank Plc will be eligible to win prizes in the #CustomerServiceWeekwhile taking part in the engagement activities planned for the week-long celebration of Customer Service Week in 2023.
The Bank will also honor outstanding employees from October 2 through October 6 while reflecting on the event’s theme, Team Service, and celebrating the excellent teams in its over 200 locations nationally.
All Bank branches will participate in a number of events throughout the week to make it memorable and exciting for customers. These events will highlight the value of teams in the Bank’s delivery of exceptional customer care, and customers who participate in online and offline special offers will be rewarded with cash.
The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Unity Bank, Mrs. Tomi Somefun, reenacted the “Bank’s Service Charter,” which provides the benchmarks, culture, and values as well as performance standards for upholding service excellence and commitment to our customers, in her remarks regarding this year’s Customer Service Week celebration.
Somefun referred to the clients as the bank’s “lifeblood” and said, “We celebrate our frontline teams for strongly and meaningfully reinforcing service excellence and on this score, our Bank does not take for granted your choice to Bank with us as we understand that choosing us is because of our shared values, commitment to excellence and exceptional service to you at all times.”
Somefun continued, “As we look to the future, we commit to remain customer-centric, embracing innovation to better serve you and making your pleasure our number one priority.
The Chief Customer Service Officer of Unity Bank Plc, Titilayo Abraham, also commented on the occasion, saying: “This year’s theme, “Team Service,” which is also one of the bank’s core values, could not have come at a better time with all the challenges being faced in the banking sector.
“As a result, we want to implement team-focused activities to commend and recognize the spirit of cooperation among Bank employees. The goal is to win over our customers and foster a supportive workplace culture where each team’s participation is not only acknowledged but also highly respected and praised. We will feature themed backdrop banners, picture booths, and team appreciation Walls of Fame in addition to our team-building activities at a few branches.
