Lekoil appoints SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP as nominated adviser

LEKOIL, the oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on Nigeria and West Africa, has announced the appointment of SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP as its nominated adviser with immediate effect.

SP Angel will also continue to act as the Company’s joint broker alongside Mirabaud Securities Limited.

The Company’s shares have been suspended since 23 November 2020 due to the resignation of the Company’s previous nominated adviser.

 Following the appointment of SP Angel, restoration of trading in the Company’s shares will take effect from 7.30am on 23 December 2020.
