Unity Bank Reward Customers With Over N4Million In Cashtoken Rewards Promo
Unity Bank customers have recently claimed more than N4 million in cashtoken rewards promo rewards through its ongoing loyalty program launched in collaboration with Cashtoken, a Cash Reward-as-a-Service company.
The successful participants, totaling at least 40 customers, engaged with and conducted transactions on the Bank’s digital banking channels, such as the UniFi mobile banking app, the *7799# USSD platform, or by utilizing their Unity Bank Verve Card for transactions on e-payment terminals nationwide.
The Unity Bank Cashtoken Partnership, which began at the initial stage of our customer journey, serves as a loyalty and reward initiative to highlight the advantages of e-banking services. Customers earn cash tokens from their transactions, which can then be redeemed to enter the monthly cashtoken rewards promo draw.
Subsequently, winners are selected from the draws to claim their cash prizes. It is worth noting that the retail bank introduced the ongoing cashtoken rewards promo loyalty program in December 2023 in collaboration with Cashtoken Rewards Africa to empower customers and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This partnership with Cashtoken Rewards has enabled the Bank to transition both existing and new customers to a platform that consistently offers appealing rewards and acknowledges loyalty.

Unity Bank offers a wide range of electronic banking services, such as mobile and digital banking channels, including ATM, PoS, or any digital payment channels that facilitate retail product transactions nationwide. Prospective customers are encouraged to open a Unity Bank account, register on the digital platforms, and start making transactions to earn cash token rewards and cash prizes. Existing customers are also urged to register and transact to receive additional rewards and cash prizes.
