The Managing Director and CEO of Unity Bank Plc, Mrs. Tomi Somefun, has praised the bank’s frontline personnel for their effective implementation of the Customer Service Charter, which has fostered a culture of responsiveness and exceptional collaboration, reflecting a steadfast dedication to customer satisfaction.

In a message marking this year’s Customer Service Week, Mrs. Somefun celebrated with customer service staff and expressed her profound gratitude to the bank’s clients for their ongoing trust and loyalty, which have been instrumental in the bank’s growth and achievements.

From October 7 to 11, the Bank organized a series of events to honor customers and the exceptional teams across its more than 200 branches nationwide, recognizing outstanding employees while reflecting on this year’s theme – Above and Beyond.

In recent years, the Bank has consistently prioritized customer satisfaction through an intensified focus on digital strategy. For example, over the last four years, it has upheld its dedication to service excellence by launching innovative digital products such as the multilingual USSD banking service *7799# and the mobile banking solution, UniFi, which have improved customer access to the Bank’s services and enhanced convenience.
