Amazon picks NYC and Arlington for new HQs
Amazon has chosen Arlington, Virginia and New York’s Long Island City neighborhood as locations for its new headquarters. The online retail giant said it plans to invest $5 billion and create more than 50,000 jobs across the two new sites. The company also announced plans to open an operations center in Nashville.
