Who Should Apply? – Eligibility Criteria

• Women entrepreneursfromSouth Africa
• Age: must be 18 and above.
• Must have a registered business and be able to study online.
• Must have operated the business for 2 years or more.
• Have an existing business that can be tested in the market with potential for growth
• Businesses can be any one of sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited liability companies, cooperatives, or group.
• Have an annual turnover of R120,000 – R10 million.
• Business must must be in the financial services sectors including:
  • Accounting and Auditing Services
  • Financial Consulting
  • Payment Processing
  • Insurance
  • Investment Services
  • Regulatory and Compliance Services
  • Securities and Brokerage
  • Financial Technology (FinTech)
  • Real Estate and Mortgage Services
  • Credit and Lending
  • Other services (Agricultural, Manufacturing, Retail, Education and Training)

Your responsibilities:
Make sure you have access to sufficient data/WIFI for online studying and participating in support facilities and the business community;
Be punctual and respectful during peer-to-peer and master coaching sessions, as well as other programme events;
Take part in surveys and questionnaires to help us adapt and improve the programme;
Interact and engage with other participants to make the most of the opportunities provided and increase your chances of success.

Duration of the Program
The program will last for a total of 10 months. It consists of two parts: The first part is a 4-month blended learning experience, where we recommend dedicating 4-6 hours per week to fully engage with the material. The second part is a 6-month aftercare period, where we suggest committing 2-3 hours per week to continue your learning journey. Once you successfully complete all the required assignments and tasks, you will be awarded a WCW certificate of completion. Additionally, you will receive an exclusive invitation to join our vibrant WCW business community. This community will provide you with ongoing inspiration and support as you embark on your path to wealth creation.

What are the Required Documents for Your Application?

1. You will need a Certified Identity Document (ID) that is not older than 3 months.
2. You should provide proof of your business registration certificate.
3. You can either submit a BEE certificate OR an affidavit, which should not be older than 12 months.
