Call for applications: Youth in Tourism Innovation Challenge
The Youth in Tourism Innovation Challenge platform is exclusively designed for creative African youth in the travel and tourism industry who are seeking funding, partnership, and mentorship opportunities. It offers them a chance to showcase their projects to the global market and find the necessary support for their programs.
Guidelines and Eligibility
The vision, distinctiveness, genuineness, and reasoning.
Proof of groundbreaking ideas in the travel & tourism or related industry challenges being addressed in Africa – amidst the COVID-19 era and beyond (including technological advancements, social entrepreneurship, educational initiatives, youth empowerment, job creation, environmental sustainability, community development, etc.).
The long-term sustainability of the project’s impact on travel and tourism, local communities, and/or related industries.
Project timelines and milestones.
The type of support needed – funding, investors, mentorship, partnerships, etc.
In conclusion, any additional but relevant information within a maximum of 500 words.
Competitors are required to showcase a demo/Minimum Viable Product (MVP) (5 minutes) during the presentation.
Age limit – participants must be under 35 years old.
Program Benefits
