The timeline is as follows:
- February call for applications
- March websites are live for summit FAQ, information and more
- April – May announcements begin on confirmed speakers, partners, and media for global summits.
- June global tech summit series begins and ends in December.

- call for speakers (extremely competitive and usually targeted towards experienced high profile influencers)
- call for partners (targeted towards representatives from Fortune 500 companies or top media outlets)
- ambassadors (volunteers targeted towards vibrant entrepreneurs who can help with summit day support and remote pre work.
