Join a select group of entrepreneurs from the South-East Region of Nigeria and embark on a transformative journey to become the next business leader through the 9-month LBS-BOI Entrepreneurship Accelerator Programme. This program, a collaboration between Lagos Business School (LBS) and Bank of Industry (BOI), aims to equip you with the knowledge, support, and connections needed to thrive and make a global impact as a Nigerian entrepreneur in the 21st century.

About the Business Innovation Accelerator Programme

The LBS-BOI Business Innovation Accelerator (BIA) is a high-quality entrepreneurship training program that spans across the 6-geopolitical regions of Nigeria. It is designed to raise the next generation of business leaders by providing comprehensive training and support.

The program has already covered the South-West and North-Central regions of Nigeria in the previous cohorts. Now, it’s time for the South-East Region to shine. This new cohort aims to reach 60 high impact entrepreneurs from Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Imo.

The main objective of the program is to cultivate and scale impact-driven entrepreneurs who can effectively address problems through for-profit business models, leading to positive societal transformation.

To ensure sustainable growth and scalability, the Accelerator program offers a wide range of training modules. These modules are designed to enhance problem-solving skills and provide entrepreneurs with the tools they need to succeed. Best of all, the Entrepreneurship Accelerator program is fully sponsored by the Bank of Industry.

The 9-month program consists of four modules, each carefully crafted to empower entrepreneurs and help them reach their full potential.

1. Entrepreneurship Orientation & Business Management Training:6 weeks
2. Apprenticeship/Technical Mentoring: 6 months
3. Training on access to market – 2 weeks
4. Training on access to funding – 2 weeks

Who is eligible for this Programme? To qualify for this programme, your business must meet certain criteria.

Firstly, it should be an existing business that is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Additionally, your business should be innovative and have significant potential for growth and expansion.
It is also important that your business operates in specific sectors, particularly in the Agricultural & Manufacturing industry.
Lastly, your business should be located in the South East Region of Nigeria, specifically in Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, or Imo.
If you meet these requirements, you should also be physically available for the first phase of the programme, which will take place in Lagos for a duration of 6 weeks.
The Bank of Industry will sponsor your accommodation and feeding during this period.
