Creative Business Series (CBS) is back with physical events in Lagos and Nairobi

The Creative Business Series (CBS) from Creative Economy Practice at CcHUB is back with a bang and this time will be a physical event in two locations, namely: Lagos, Nigeria and Nairobi, Kenya

In this edition the Creative Business Series will start a theme on the ‘How I’ Series.

“Have you ever wondered or asked how your favorite business owners and entrepreneurs were able to build what seemed so small at first but later grew to be successful and admirable?  This is exactly what the Creative Business (CBS) ‘How I’ Series is all about.” 

For the Lagos Event, we will be bringing popular fashion designer Derin Fabikun to share her story of how she has been able to successfully stand out in the fashion industry with her recognizable designs.

For the Nairobi Event, we will be having award-winning Actors and Producers, Nice Githinji and Nyokabi Macharia who are co-founders of ‘Shorts from Africa’, a theater and film company that brings together artists from varied disciplines to produce creatives inspired by African literature and history. They will share stories of how they started their filmmaking journey and how they have successfully crafted their brands over time
