Ecobank wins Best Place to Work in Africa 2022 Award
The Best Place to Work organization has awarded Ecobank Group (Ecobank.com), the top pan-African bank, the highly coveted Best Place to Work in Africa 2022 Award. Organizations that uphold the highest levels of excellence in employee experience and human resources (HR) practices are recognized with the Award. The certification was initially given to Ecobank, a bank with operations throughout Africa.
The certification program includes stringent evaluations and rankings based on the findings of thorough and objective evaluations conducted at various hierarchical levels and throughout HR operations and procedures. An employee assessment survey and an HR assessment are included. Covered topics include employee engagement, leadership, teamwork, salary, benefits, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
The Ecobank Group received a total certification score of 79% as a result of the assessment process; a high score is one that is greater than 75%. The Best Place to Work accreditation certification is valid for one year (November 2022-November 2023).
