Eventbrite raises $230M in IPO

Event ticketing platform Eventbrite priced shares for its IPO at $23 each, the top of the proposed range, raising around $230 million. The offering sets a preliminary valuation of around $1.76 billion.

GitLab raises $100M, eyes 2020 IPO

DevOps service provider GitLab raised $100 million in a Series D financing led by Iconiq. The round sets a valuation of $1.1 billion for the four-year-old company, which is reportedly looking to go public in two years.

WalkMe onboards $40M

WalkMe, a software training and onboarding provider, has raised $40 million in a Series F round led by Insight Venture Partners. The lastest financing brings total funding for the San Francisco-based company to over $200 million.
