Join Major Stakeholders at the Nigeria Internet Governance Forum NIGF2023

The Nigeria Internet Governance Forum – NIGF 2023, with the topic “Towards a Secure and Inclusive Digital Future for Nigeria: Balancing Regulation, Cybersecurity, and Emerging Technologies,” is a hybrid event, with resource personnel on-site at the venue and participants joining online. The event is scheduled on September 14, 2023. Pre-events include the Nigeria School of Internet Governance (11th – 13th September 2023), the Nigerian Youth IGF, and the Women IGF (13th September 2023).

This year’s event will focus on harnessing and aggregating productive ideas, best practices, and experiences toward facilitating a safer and more inclusive digital future for all Nigerians, taking into account the role of balancing regulation, cybersecurity, and new emerging technologies as an approach to strengthening national policies toward the same outcome. The outcome is expected to generate agreement on meaningful recommendations for the country’s Internet ecosystem.
