Jurgen Klopp’s Bad decision robs Liverpool FC of FA Cup semi-final
Liverpool FC were today at Old Trafford sent out of the ongoing 2024 English FA Cup by Manchester United on 4:3 at the final whistle. Liverpool were in complete control of the game, leading by two goals to one, until the coach, Jurgen Klopp, suddenly and unceremoniously substituted his three top players in the game, including Mo Salah.
The substitution led to the collapse of the entire Liverpool FC team on the field, and Manchester United took the lead and controlled the pace of the game. Liverpool had to struggle, and the game should have ended in regulation time had Marcus Rashford slotted in a late cross in the final moments of the game.
The game went into extra time for 30 minutes, and against expectations Liverpool slotted in their third goal. But that was all they could do. Manchester United stepped up and slotted two goals during the extra time with their fourth goal coming in the 30th minute of play, sealing the fate of Liverpool Fc and their dream of winning a quadruple this year.
In the end, Jurgen Klopp must take full blame and responsibility for ruining the game plan of Liverpool FC.
