Mr. Murtala Abdullahi of Smartweb joins NiRA Board

Mr. Murtala Abdullahi, an entrepreneur who is the Founder of Smartweb Nigeria Ltd and Eshal Concept Enterprises has been elected to the Board of NIRA.

His election is sequel to the resolution of members at the 10th NiRA Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on the 30th of April 2018, that the vacant position on the NiRA Board should be filled by conducting an electronic General Meeting e-GM in accordance with the constitution of NIRA.

Mr. Abdullahi’s election is the culmination of the process of Nominations and electronic voting, which took place over a period of seven weeks.

Mr. Abdullahi joins the other professionals on the Board of NIRA with a wealth of experience. He is very passionate about technology. The recognition of his unequivocal good work in technologies has won him a lot of award, including the last African Convergence Conference Award held at Sheraton Hotel,  Lagos in 2017.  Mr. Muritala’s profile is already on the NIRA website.
