National Information Technology Development Agency/Coursera Scholarship Cohort 2 for young Nigerians

As part of the Federal Government’s promise to create one million jobs in the digital economy, the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), in collaboration with Cousera, is providing a chance to build capacity that will give you with skills for digital jobs.
NITDA has teamed with Coursera to provide learning scholarships that would allow Nigerians to get professional certifications from some of the world’s greatest international technology organizations (e.g., Meta, Google, IBM) and top-ranked US colleges. Applicants must choose one certification program from Category A and one from Category B to be enrolled in.
A category
(IT Career Pathway) has 19 professional certification programs to assist you launch a successful IT career. Each program consists of a series of connected courses aimed at delivering in-depth knowledge and practical skills essential for work. When you finish each course in the program, you will receive a certificate of completion. However, the professional certification will be awarded once you have finished all of the program’s required courses.
Category B (Complementary abilities Pathway) provides four certification programs to supplement your IT professional abilities and refine your use of digital productivity tools, entrepreneurship, or freelancing skills.
