New executive appointments at Exclusive Networks Africa
Two new senior hires at Exclusive Networks Africa, a globally recognized cybersecurity expert for digital infrastructure, are expected to bolster the company’s management team in the SADC and South African regions. The solutions offered by Exclusive Networks Africa are marketed through a wide network of trustworthy, solution-focused partners throughout the continent.
“We are delighted to welcome Debbie Beech as our new Country Manager for SA and SADC, as well as Broughdwin Patel in the role of Vendor Alliance Director,” says Anton Jacobsz, Managing Director of Exclusive Networks Africa. As a company that collaborates with reseller partners to expand opportunities in the rapidly evolving technology sector, we understand that our executives have a significant influence on the direction the organization will take and that maintaining the company’s success in the area depends on their leadership. As we continue to evolve, we appreciate their enthusiasm and wisdom.
Beech takes over from Stefan van de Giessen as the new Country Manager for SA and SADC. Van de Giessen will stay with Exclusive Networks Africa and continue to provide support and a lot of knowledge. Within the Group, Van de Giessen will take on a more senior leadership role and be in charge of the company’s Global Systems Integrator business on the continent.
Beech is a seasoned sales and channel leader with experience in the banking, telecommunications, information technology, and services sectors. She also brings excellent strategic abilities, managerial, and operational sales experience to the table.
Beech states: “I have experience working for organizations like Taurus Capital Finance Group, Performanta Group, Dimension Data, and RT Systems. I consider myself to be a big-picture thinker who consistently leads with business strategy. Creating and carrying out strategic plans is one of my strong points.
“In this sense, I’m excited to use my current connections and background to execute the plan and goals throughout the area as needed. The company is a force to be reckoned with, and I’m thrilled to be able to join such a powerful worldwide business that will enable us to harness global experience inside the region.
To be clear, Patel says, “I have worked in the ICT industry for 20 years, for companies such as Cisco, Hewlett-Packard (HP), Dimension Data, and iConnect Telecoms, where I spent 13 years.” Now that I have the chance to work with Exclusive Networks Africa, I am both humbled and thrilled about the opportunity. They have collaborated with great businesses and are providing excellent solutions. I anticipate that my team and Debbie’s will work closely together to help the organization increase market share for our chosen vendor partners.
“I consider myself to be a’servant leader,’ providing a distinct dynamic to my peers and coworkers, having recently finished my Master’s Degree. It is crucial to me to be perceived as the leader since I really think that people follow your example rather than instructions.
Jacobsz continues, “We are thrilled to have Debbie and Broughdwin join our executive team; their addition will bolster our leadership in the vendor and channel markets. I’m excited about their continued work as Exclusive Networks Africa keeps growing in the area.
Up until now, our company’s experience merging with a global, publicly traded corporation has been fantastic, allowing us to expand our presence throughout Africa.
“What’s dangerous is not to evolve[1],” as highlighted by Jeff Bezos, the American founder of Amazon, the largest e-commerce and cloud computing corporation in the world. He ends, saying, “We are incredibly proud of our accomplishments to date and look forward to continuing to expand our African footprint.”
