Nigeria wins second medal at Tokyo Olympics, silver in Weightlifting, by Blessing Oborududu

Nigeria has won her second medal at the on going Tokyo Olympic Games. This time it is a silver medal won by Blessing Oborududu in the final of the 68kg wrestling in Japan on Tuesday.

This brings to two the number of medals the country has won so far, One silver and one bronze. The bronze was earlier won by Ese Brume who won in the women’s long jump event
