Now Open: Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Women Growth Fellowship

Graduates of the 10,000 Women online course at Goldman Sachs can now apply for the 10,000 Women Growth Fellowship. The chosen winners will get an invitation to the Goldman Sachs offices in New York in 2023 for a three-day intense program of individualized training, coaching, and advisory sessions with top leaders and experts from Goldman Sachs as well as other partners from the 10,000 Women program. A four-month virtual coaching program will come after that.

For 10,000 women graduates from nations including Nigeria, Kenya, Mexico, India, Uganda, Colombia, China, and others who are leading some of their countries’ most cutting-edge firms, the Fellowship is a three-day intensive program of activities followed by a four-month mentorship program. The 2023 Fellowship will be held in person if there are no restrictions on travel.

Those who are chosen get the chance to network with Goldman Sachs employees, find a mentor at Goldman Sachs, and join other 10,000 Women grads from around the world.
Goldman Sachs fellows participate in coaching sessions to explore their unique business difficulties and growth goals. Training sessions in collaboration with business professionals that address critical competencies including marketing, leadership, and resilience.

Three days will be dedicated to the 2023 Growth Fellowship event in March, which is Women’s History Month. Ahead of time, certain dates will be disclosed. The present initiative will continue until July 2023.

How to Apply

Once you have finished all ten courses in the collection, you will receive instructions on how to apply if you have enrolled with 10,000 Women and are eligible for the Growth Fellowship.
