Poll rates Konga as the most innovative African e-commerce brand

According to a recent survey of consumers by DigiPundits, Konga is rated as the most esteemed and creative e-commerce business on the African continent. The market-wide consumer survey looked at the performance, trajectory, and state of e-commerce in Africa stating that Konga is the African e-commerce company with the quickest growth.

The results of the survey were consistent with those of earlier, independent studies that had rated Konga as the best in the industry for affordability, operational effectiveness, and having the guts to own up to mistakes when they happen.

When asked which African e-commerce company they would most like to work for, the majority of respondents—mostly young people—said they favored Konga as a possible employer. Respondents praised Konga for being aggressive, highly responsive, and confident in its use of technology to expand business.

They gave Konga top marks for being a trustworthy corporate citizen. Respondents recalled that Konga stood out during the Covid-19 lockdown when they had to rely more on online shopping by not only ensuring that prices of goods were drastically reduced with free, real-time delivery but also by going above and beyond to provide thousands of families across the country with basic food items, free of charge.

Konga was also named the most emotionally astute e-commerce business. Due to its collaboration with several well-known businesses, customers were able to receive their household necessities during the lockdown hassle-free and with complimentary toppings. In fact, Konga’s strategic alliances with producers of various consumer goods have turned it into a one-stop shop for a variety of brands of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs), which has increased traffic to Konga’s website and physical locations.

The online-offline business of the world’s largest e-commerce company was also mentioned as a distinctive advantage over rivals. According to the survey, the existence of Konga brick-and-mortar stores closer to customers around the nation has made it simpler for the e-commerce company to deliver goods and handle emergencies faster than competitors.

One of the factors brand loyalists stated in response to survey questions was the simplicity of payments on the Konga platform. In an effort to reduce the delays and increase security surrounding online payments, Konga created KongaPay in 2015 in collaboration with Nigerian commercial banks.

With internal security and complete compliance with current KYC rules, KongaPay, a safe and simple-to-use payment software for Konga customers and other users, stood out above the competition. This gives online payers peace of mind.

Over the years, this invention has shielded online shoppers using the Konga platform from cybercriminals when they provide private information, including their bank or credit card data, contact information, and address, in order to complete purchases. With its handy payment capabilities, KongaPay acts as a mirror image of the Amazon payment platform. The CBN-licensed mobile money wallet is completely connected with several Nigerian banks, enabling quick and secure payment for transactions.
