Register Your Startup with the Nigeria Startup Support and Engagement Portal

The Honourable Minister of Communications Innovation and Digital Economy, Bosun Tijani, has launched the Startup Support and Engagement Portal, which is a crucial component for the implementation of the Nigeria Startup Act.

This portal, startup.gov.ng, will play a vital role in identifying and bringing together Nigerian startups, venture capital firms, hubs, and innovation centers to foster engagement and support for all ecosystem players. Its primary objective is to establish the startup consultative forums, which will select representatives to the National Council for Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship, to facilitate discussions and consensus among Nigerian ecosystem players.

The Nigerian Start-Up Act is the startups’ ticket to a world of advantages and rich opportunities, fueling innovation and empowering local entrepreneurs for growth and sustainability.

We encourage all Nigerian startups, VCs, angels, hubs, and innovation centers to register and explore the resources available on the portal. For more information and registration, please visit startup.gov.ng.
