REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) – Individual Security Consultant for FHI 360

PURPOSE OF THE CONSULTANCY: Individual Security Consultant for FHI360
- FHI360 is looking for individual security consultants to support the development and implementation of safety and security strategies for ongoing projects in Anambra, Enugu, Delta, Ekiti, and Osun States.
- The consultants will be responsible for producing security assessment reports and recommending strategies to ensure the safety of staff, assets, program continuity, and the reputation of FHI360.
- They will work under the direct authority and technical guidance of the FHI 360 Security Director (SD) Nigeria.
- The consultants will be provided with the necessary tools to generate documents and advisories that enhance the project teams’ operations in high-risk environments.
Eligibility: Individual Security Consultant for FHI360
- The ideal security consultant should have a minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience in security management.
- They should be skilled in conducting security risk assessments, devising strategies to mitigate risks, and managing incidents and crises, including the development of contingency plans.
- It is also desirable for the security consultant to have a well-established network within key security circles, which can be leveraged by the team after the consultancy.
- Experience working with government security forces is highly valued.
