Samsung unveils new smartphones – the Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21
The Galaxy S21 series is now official. Samsung has unveiled the new smartphone line-up that includes the Galaxy S21 Ultra, the 21+ and the S21.
The devices are mainly characterized by a pro-grade camera and the most advanced processor ever in a Galaxy device.
The high-end S21 Ultra has a 6.8-inch dynamic AMOLED 2X display and a quad rear camera that features an upgraded 108-megapixel pro sensor. Samsung has also brought the Note’s S Pen to the Galaxy S Series.
“We are living in a mobile-first world, and with so many of us working remotely and spending more time at home, we wanted to deliver a smartphone experience that meets the rigorous multimedia demands of our continuously changing routines,” said Charles Kimari, Head of Integrated Mobile, Samsung East Africa.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 range of devices will be available for Pre-order in Kenya from January 22nd to February 11th 2021. The Galaxy S21 Ultra (512 GB) will retail for Ksh. 169,999, the Galaxy S21 Ultra (256 GB) for Ksh.153,999, the Galaxy S21+ at Ksh. 124,999 Shillings, while the Galaxy S21 (256 GB) will be available for Ksh.105,999. The Galaxy S21(128 GB) on the other hand will retail at Ksh.99,999. All pre-orders will also include a free Galaxy SmartTag.
All the three phones have the same design, which is a slight update compared to what we saw in their predecessors from last year. The phones will be available in a range of eye-catching colours, including a new signature colour: Phantom Violet.
