UBA To Reward Customers in Bumper Style with UBA Legacy Promo To Commemorate 75th Anniversary

Africa’s Global Bank, United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc, is preparing to launch the “UBA Legacy Promo” in honor of its 75th anniversary. This initiative aims to celebrate the bank’s 75-year legacy and its dedication to rewarding loyal customers. The promo will run for six months starting in July 2024, with N200m in cash prizes and other rewards up for grabs across various customer categories.

Customers holding Bumper, Savings, Kiddies & Teens, and Nextgen accounts are eligible to participate. Prizes include N1 million for 75 winners, N500,000 for 75 winners, N250,000 for 75 winners, and N100,000 for 75 winners. Additionally, Kiddies, Teens, and NextGen customers can receive scholarship and pocket money rewards, while others stand a chance to win monthly cash prizes, shopping vouchers, prepaid cards, and more.

To qualify, Bumper customers need a minimum operating balance of N5,000, with higher balances increasing their chances of winning. Savings account holders must save at least N100,000 monthly, while Kiddies & Teens Account holders require a standing instruction of N10,000 monthly for scholarship eligibility. NextGen customers need to maintain a minimum balance of N5,000 and have a debit card to qualify for the N180,000 pocket money reward.

UBA’s Group Head, Retail and Digital Banking, Shamsideen Fashola, expressed his enthusiasm for the promotion and stated that the bank is always eager to reward loyalty and promote a savings culture among its customers.
