You will build your advanced leadership skills and obtain a broad overview of the procurement and supply chain industries across the two-year rotational program. Experience in a wide range of specializations, including manufacturing, procurement, sustainability, engineering, technical, and planning & logistics, will be available to you.

The requirements of your business and your academic background will determine your learning route. A few common rotations are as follows:

Planning and Logistics: In P&L, you will determine which goods and resources are available throughout our supply chain to satisfy client demands. Our logistics staff is in charge of product transportation, storage, and delivery from the manufacturing site to our clients.

Manufacturing: In this role, you will be in charge of making sure our products are produced as effectively and to the highest standards possible. You will be at the center of all we do, developing your leadership abilities right out of our company’s engine room.

In procurement, you will have the chance to uphold and enhance Diageo’s reputation throughout our supplier network and make sure that we have partnerships, services, and goods that satisfy our current requirements.
