Attend the Stakeholders’ Forum on Implementation of ECOWAS Trade Liberalisation Scheme by LCCI

Established in 1888, the LCCI is the premier Chamber of Commerce and Industry in West Africa. As a leading voice in public policy advocacy.

As part of its Public-Sector engagement programmes, the LCCI in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be hosting a Stakeholders’ Forum on the ECOWAS Trade Liberalisation Scheme. The Stakeholders’ Forum will discuss the establishment of a Common Customs Union among all the fifteen member states of ECOWAS and the total elimination of Customs duties and taxies and removal of non-tariff barriers.

At the moment, 777 Nigerian Companies with about 2000 products have been admitted into the scheme. However, the figure compared to the Number of Companies registered nationwide shows that many Nigerian Companies still remain unaware of its significance.

The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry invites you as Guest of Honour to the Stakeholders’ Forum on the ETLS on August 28, 2019 at the LCCI Conference Centre, Nurudeen Olowopopo Street, Alausa, Ikeja. Time is 10.00am – 4pm prompt.
