Mastercard Foundation is offering EdTech Fellowship to EdTech Entrepreneurs and Innovators Across Africa
Co-Creation Hub (CcHub) is thrilled to announce that we are eagerly awaiting and ready to provide our full support to the upcoming group of visionary entrepreneurs who will shape the future of education in Africa. As part of our ongoing partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, CcHUB is now open to receiving applications from EdTech companies interested in joining the 2024 cohort of the Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship Programme. Our main objective is to assist EdTech startups that offer innovative solutions to enhance education access and improve learning outcomes across Africa.
In the previous year, our Fellowship program successfully supported 12 Nigerian startups, and we have ambitious plans to expand this support to 36 EdTech companies in the next two years. The startups in our 2023 cohort witnessed remarkable growth, and we are now on the lookout for fresh ideas and innovations from startups that have EdTech solutions capable of revolutionizing the way people learn, starting from early childhood education to professional development.
To qualify for this opportunity, EdTech startups must have a specific focus on Africa and be legally incorporated in Nigeria. Their solutions should effectively address various challenges in education, including K-12 education, formal and informal education, school management systems, tertiary education, corporate learning, and vocational skills training.
