Now Open: The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Fellowship Programme for young Nigerians
A crucial component of the Renewed Hope agenda, the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) program aims to strengthen Nigeria’s technical talent base in order to drive our digital economy and establish Nigeria as a net talent exporter. Numerous stakeholders, including fellows, training providers, partners, and placement organizations, will be involved in the program’s initial phase, which will be carried out in partnership with NITDA.
Together with NITDA, the program’s initial phase will be carried out using a fellowship format. We will choose people who are interested in learning particular skills and pay for their training through programs that accept training providers.

- Data Analysis & Visualisation
- Quality Assurance
- Product Management
- Data Science
- Animation

- Dev Ops
Program Details
- The length of the courses in this phase will be three months.
- The training is hybrid while some aspects will require in-person training.
- There will be an entry assessment
Financials
- Participants will responsible for transportation, meals and other costs.
