The Social Innovation Driven Entrepreneurship (SIDE) Project is seeking early-stage startups with great innovative ideas in the following States: Enugu, Edo, Osun, Adamawa, Kwara, and Kaduna States to unlock their potential! 

The main goal of the Social Innovation Driven Entrepreneurship (SIDE) is to provide assistance to financially viable and creative digital solutions that address the issues of poverty by targeting market and sector gaps that affect underserved communities in Nigeria. This project aims to fulfill the primary objective of DAP while also attracting investments for startups and measuring the tangible impact of improved access to essential services through the solutions identified in the program. As part of the SIDE project, there is a 4-month startup development program that focuses on scaling the identified solutions using a lean innovation approach, which relies on relevant data sets and a sustainable business model.

ELIGIBILITY

• Start-ups and innovators who are in the process of ideation, developing a minimum viable product (MVP), or are in the early stages of development are encouraged to apply.
• We are particularly interested in those addressing challenges in the sectors of education, employment, food, health, climate change, and the environment.
• If you are operating within the geographic boundaries of Adamawa, Edo, Enugu, Kaduna, Kwara, or Osun states, we would love to hear from you.
