Truecaller has a New Logo and Unveils Artificial intelligence Identity Features for Fraud Prevention

The revised Truecaller logo represents a renewed and strong focus on consumer privacy and better communication safety; the overall design retains the characteristic ‘True blue’ color with an emblem that establishes a distinct identity, thereby protecting our customers from impostor and copycat apps.

Truecaller today announced a corporate rebranding and the release of a brand new app icon that will be easily identifiable on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The launch of the new corporate identity coincides with a dramatic development in the digital domain. Truecaller’s fresh sense of purpose, energy, and enthusiasm is at the heart of this rebranding.

Truecaller Co-Founder and CEO Alan Mamedi commented on the development, saying, “We are excited to unveil our new brand identity and logo.” It represents our ongoing dedication to our users as well as our desire to always adapt and improve on a daily basis.” “Our mission, to protect communication for all, drives us to create new anti-fraud solutions such as Search Context and engineer improvements to improve user privacy.” He went on to say.

Truecaller users will also receive a strong new anti-fraud tool called Search Context as part of the Truecaller AI Identity engine as part of this upgraded identity. When viewing the search results for any number, Truecaller users will be told immediately if the number’s name has recently changed or is often changing.

This contextual notification is also classified into three color categories by the app: blue for a neutral change, yellow for a potentially suspicious name change, and red for many and frequent name changes that are highly symptomatic of fraudulent and scammer activities. This message will appear in all Truecaller search results on Android, iPhone, and Truecaller online.

The new corporate identity is being coordinated by Interbrand, a major global brand consultant, and will be rolled out globally in the following weeks. Users must update to app version 13.34 or newer on Android and version 12.58 or newer on iOS to see the new app icon and modifications.
