We do not display any PHI or PII, and the patient invites their family members, protecting those patients’ privacy and the hospitals security. Medifies delivers secure, cloud-based software based on the principles of superior customer service, impeccable design and clean code. Medifies has already passed a publicly-traded company’s (Tenet Health) IT, security, compliance, and legal reviews. By design, we avoid much of the US and state health regulatory landscape – by having the patients self-register and add their own family. However, we are fully HIPAA-compliant and use bank-grade security, including HTTPS, SSL, and two-factor authentication.
